An arrangement for screening off a ventilated space in a floor construction arranged on a subfloor and having joists that are supported by a plurality of level-adjusting spacer screws resting on the subfloor to create a free passage between the joist and the subfloor as well as said space, which includes said passages, between the subfloor and the floor construction. In accordance with the invention, the arrangement comprises an elongate plate-shaped body with a flat waist part, a foot part and a top part, which foot and top parts extend along the long sides of the waist part and are flexibly connected to the waist part by means of joints that are parallel to each other. The plate body is arranged to be anchored with its top part to a vertical side of one of said joists by means of attachment elements and to be anchored with its foot part to the subfloor by means of attachment elements.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de filtrage d'un espace ventilé (5) dans une structure de sol disposée sur un sous-sol (2) et présentant des poutrelles (6) qui sont soutenues par plusieurs écrous d'espacement qui règlent le niveau (8) et qui reposent sur le sous-sol (2) afin de créer un passage libre (9) entre la poutrelle et le sous-sol, ainsi que ledit espace, qui comprend lesdits passages, entre le sous-sol et la structure de sol. Conformément à la présente invention, le dispositif comporte un corps allongé en forme de plat (116) pourvu d'une partie centrale plate (117), d'une partie inférieure (118) et d'une partie supérieure (119). Les parties inférieure et supérieure se prolongent sur les côtés longs de la partie centrale et sont connectés flexiblement à la partie centrale par des joints (122, 123), parallèles entre eux. Le corps plat est disposé de manière à être fixé avec sa partie supérieure à un côté vertical de l'une desdites poutrelles par des éléments de fixation (120) et à être fixé avec sa partie inférieure au sous-sol par des éléments de fixation (121).
