Description

A screening machine (10) of the type used to separate or classify mixtures of solid particles of different sizes includes a machine frame (20) and a perforate screen panel (28) mounted for movement relative to the machine frame (20) during a screening operation. The screen panels (28) are pre-tensioned mesh screen material (34) mounted in a peripheral rim (52) for separating various granular and particulate materials. The screen panel (28) is slid into the side of the machine frame (20) in a direction orthogonal to the direction particulate matter moves when the screening machine (10) is operating. The screen panel (28) peripheral rim (52) has a shaped or other cross section adapted to hold a large seal member that provides a positive sealing surface for contact with the machine frame (20) to prevent particulate matter from escaping off of the screen panel (28) during use.

L'invention porte sur une machine de tamisage (10) du type utilisé pour séparer ou classer des mélanges de particules solides de différentes tailles, laquelle machine comprend une armature de machine (20) et un panneau de tamis perforé (28) monté en vue d'un déplacement par rapport à l'armature de machine (20) durant une opération de tamisage. Les panneaux de tamis (28) sont en matériau de tamis à treillis précontraint (34) monté dans un rebord périphérique (52) afin de séparer différents matériaux granuleux et particulaires.
