To quickly determine the presence/absence of infection with prion in drugs such as blood preparations, foods, cosmetics, etc., it is required to early detect human prion disease infection factors such as CJD in animal models or the like. A method of screening a human or nonhuman prion disease infection factor in a sample characterized by using abnormal prion protein sedimentation in nonhuman follicular dendritic cells (FDC) as an indication.

Selon l'invention, afin de déterminer rapidement la présence ou l'absence d'infection à prion dans des préparations médicamenteuses, telles que des préparations sanguines, dans des aliments, des cosmétiques, etc., il est nécessaire de détecter rapidement des facteurs d'infection de maladie à prion humain, telle que la maladie de Creutzfeldt-Jacob, dans des modèles animaux ou des modèles analogues. L'invention concerne donc un procédé de criblage de facteur d'infection à prion humain ou non humain dans un échantillon caractérisé par l'utilisation, comme indication, de la sédimentation de protéine prion anormale dans des cellules dendritiques folliculaires non humaines.
