The present invention relates to a screening method for identifying actives (peptides or proteins) with improved performance comprising: (1) screening a library of actives encoded by nucleotide sequences in at least two different discrete dimension assays employing selected parameters and selecting the actives exhibiting improved properties in the discrete dimension assays, (2) collecting nucleotide sequences encoding the selected actives, (3) mutating collected nucleotide sequences, (4) screening actives encoded by the mutated nucleotide sequences in an application assay and selecting actives, which exhibit improved performance.
L'invention concerne un procédé de criblage servant à identifier des agents actifs présentant des capacités améliorées, ce qui consiste à : 1) cribler une banque d'agents actifs codés par des séquences de nucléotides au moyen d'au moins deux essais différents de dimension discrète mettant en application des paramètres sélectionnés, et sélectionner les agents actifs possédant des propriétés améliorées dans les essais de dimension discrète ; 2) recueillir des séquences de nucléotides codant les agents actifs sélectionnées, 3) effectuer la mutation de ces séquences de nucléotides recueillis, 4) cribler les agents actifs codés par les séquences de nucléotides ayant été soumises à une mutation au moyen d'un essai d'application et sélectionner des agents actifs présentant des capacités améliorées.
