ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fastener assembly comprising a threaded shank having an engageable head at one end and an opposed pointed end. A compressing washer is freely displaceable along the bolt and positioned between the head and a shank sealing washer displaceably engageable about the shank. The washer has an axial opening with a first and second cylindrical cavity formed in the opening, the second cavity being of smaller diameter with the threads of the shank penetrating the side wall of the second cavity whereby the sealing washer is engaged completely about the shank. - 1 -
