Cost of a screw (20) is reduced and quality of a molded product is improved. The rear end of the screw (20) is connected to a drive device. The screw has a screw head (61), backflow prevention device (62), and a plasticization member provided behind the backflow prevention device (62). The plasticization member has a screw body (52), a flight (53) formed projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the screw body (52), and a pressure member (54) formed adjacent to the backflow prevention device (62), in a predetermined area defined from the forward end of the screw body (52). The pressure member (54) has a smooth outer peripheral surface having an outer diameter greater than that of the screw body (52), so that the shape of the screw (20) can be simplified to reduce its cost and that a molding material stays at a reduced number of places.
La présente invention vise à réduire le coût d~une vis (20) et à améliorer la qualité d~un produit moulé. L~extrémité arrière de la vis (20) est reliée à un dispositif moteur. La vis a une tête de vis (61), un dispositif antirefoulement (62) et un organe de plastification installé derrière le dispositif antirefoulement (62). L~organe de plastification possède un corps de vis (52), un filet (53) formé par une saillie de la surface périphérique externe du corps de vis (52) et un organe de pression (54) formé à côté du dispositif antirefoulement (62) dans une zone prédéterminée définie à partir de l~extrémité avant du corps de vis (52). L~organe de pression (54) a une surface périphérique externe lisse dont le diamètre externe est plus grand que le diamètre du corps de vis (52) pour que la forme de la vis (20) puisse être simplifiée afin de réduire son coût et maintenir le matériau de moulage à un nombre réduit d~endroits.
