A screw-shaped LED comprises a high power LED, a metal circuit board, supply cords, and a screw-shaped shell. The high power LED and the metal circuit board are both mounted in the screw-shaped shell. Wherein the high power LED is fixed on the metal circuit board and electrically connected with the metal circuit board. The supply cords are electrically connected with the metal circuit board and pass through the screw-shaped shell.
