This device's general purpose is to seal screw-top bottles of any material, in order to keep the carbonation of a liquid to a maximum. While the proper working ability of the device is solely dependent on the pressure within the sealed bottle, the device can be depressed to allow the forces of the pressure built-up by the carbon dioxide within the liquid tube, which extends down to the bottom of the bottle. When the device is depressed, the pressure within the bottle pushes the liquid up the tube and out of the spout.
