A scrolling media display device includes two spaced apart rollers, which are disposed parallel to each other and define a display area between them. The rollers are mounted for rotation relative to each other. A display web is scrolled around the rollers and extends between them and has a plurality of images thereon. An activatable driver is connected to one roller for rotating the roller. The driver is activated by a timer program that is programmed to selectively and intermittently scroll the display web relative to the rollers so as to temporarily locate one of the images adjacent the display area.
