Abstract This is the Second Generation of my invention: 'New Sea-water Hydro-barrage'. The design will generate electric power 24 hours a day. The water flow needed to turn the turbines of the alternators is situated under the tidal down level of the sea. An input tunnel will take in the water from the sea at the aforementioned level. The stream will turn the turbines to make electricity. While turning, these helices will also accelerate the flow which will be propelled up back to the ocean. The fluid will travel through a half-elliptic canal curved upward. It is coated with ceramic or any other gliding substance or polished. At the end of the canal lays a suction pump that will suck up the liquid and will throw it down to the sea via half-open slope. Sunk in this going down- ward half duct is the turbine of a smaller alternator. The output fluid force helps produce the kilowatts of power used by the pump.
