ABSTRACT A seal device to provide a fluid seal between a conduit or the like and a surface through which the conduit extends comprising a non-resilient annular metal base member deformable to complement the surface to which it is to be fitted, and a sleeve of resilient material integral with the base at one end and apertured at the other end to receive in sealing relation the conduit, the resilient material of the sleeve extending across the face of the base to provide in use a sealing element between the base member and the surface to which it is to be fitted.
