A B S T R A C T A pair of longitudinally extending slots are formed in the edge of a door or window which faces the jamb. A third like slot is formed in the jamb but in a wall disposed at right angles to the wall of the jamb which faces the two first mentioned slots. A fourth like slot is formed in a wall of the door or window which faces the third slot. A flexible seal is disposed in each slot so as to seal the door or window against the elements.
