The invention relates to a seal structure of a fuel cell unit (10) which permits easier rebuilding (reassembling) and recycling of the fuel cell unit (10), and a manufacturing method of the same structure. The seal structure of a fuel cell unit (10) in which a plurality of stacked components of the fuel cell unit (10) are sealed, comprising: a sealant (32) is provided which is made of a material which maintains an initial material state even under an environment where the fuel cell unit (10) is used, the material being selected from a gel material, high viscosity material and pressure- sensitive adhesive material, a retaining portion (33) is formed at least one of two of the components of the fuel cell unit (10) between which the sealant (32) is interposed, characterized in that the retaining portion (33) is arranged to prevent the sealant (32) from moving. Also, the process of hardening the sealant is performed as a process, which is different from and precedes the process of stacking the components.
L'invention concerne une structure de scellement d'une pile à combustible (10) qui permet de faciliter la reconstruction (réassemblage) et le recyclage de la pile à combustible (10), et un procédé de fabrication de ladite structure. La structure de scellement d'une pile à combustible (10) dans lequel une pluralité de composants empilés de la pile à combustible (10) sont scellés, comprend : un agent de scellement (32) qui est fait d'un matériau qui maintient un état matériel initial dans un environnement où la pile à combustible (10) est utilisée, le matériau étant sélectionné à partir d'un gel, d'une matière à haute viscosité et d'une matière adhésive sous pression; une partie de retenue (33) est formé d'au moins une des deux composantes de la pile à combustible (10) entre lesquels l'agent de scellement (32) est interposé, de telle manière que la partie de retenue (33) est agencée pour empêcher l'agent de scellement (32) de se déplacer. En outre, le processus de durcissement de l'agent de scellement est différent du processus d'empilement des composants et le précède.
