ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This relates to a sealed business form assembly suitable for use as a mailing piece. The assembly defines a pair of lateral side edges and a pair of marginal side edges with the assembly further including a front panel upon which the addresses of the respective parties may be printed, a back panel, and a plurality of superimposed plies of paper carrying the desired information disposed between the front and back panels. The plurality of plies of paper are adhesively secured to one another and to the front and back panels along areas of securement extending along both of the lateral side edges and along one of the marginal side edges. A flap portion secures the front panel to the back panel along the other one of the marginal side edges. A line of weakening extends along each of the lateral side edges in spaced relation thereto such that each of the areas of securement along the lateral side edges is disposed between its associated lateral side edge and its associated line of weakening with each of said lines of weakening thereby defining a lateral tear strip. Thus, removal of the tear strips and severance of the flap portion frees the front and back panels and the superimposed plies of paper from one another along both of the lateral side edges and said other one of the marginal side edges. The assembly, after opening, forms a convenient booklet.
