The present invention proposes a system for preparing a beverage from a food substance contained in a single-use capsule (1) by injection of a liquid into the capsule (1), said system comprises a device (50) having at least one enclosing member (13a, 13b) connected to a closing mechanism (21) for selectively enclosing said capsule (1) in a receiving chamber (16) of the de-vice (50), said device further comprising a pump (70) for supplying liquid to the capsule (1), opening means (15,16) for opening a first inlet face (3a) and a second outlet face (3b) of the capsule (1), and a control unit (80) for controlling at least the pump (70) of the device, wherein the opening means (15,16) are arranged to supply a liquid received from the pump (70) to the inside of the capsule (1), wherein the capsule (1) further comprises a rigid body (2) and a recessed section (4) formed as an integral part of the body (2), and wherein said recessed section (4) is formed at the inlet face (3a) of the capsule (1) and comprises a plurality of per-forations (6a, 6b).
L'invention porte sur un système qui permet de préparer une boisson à partir d'une substance alimentaire contenue dans une capsule à usage unique (1) en injectant un liquide dans la capsule (1), lequel système comprend: un dispositif (50) comportant au moins un élément d'enfermement (13a, 13b) relié à un mécanisme de fermeture (21) qui permet d'enfermer sélectivement ladite capsule (1) dans une chambre de réception (16) du dispositif (50), le dispositif comprenant en outre une pompe (70) destinée à distribuer un liquide à la capsule (1); des moyens d'ouverture (15, 16) destinés à ouvrir un premier côté d'entrée (3a) et un second côté de sortie (3b) de la capsule (1); et une unité de commande (80) destinée à commander au moins la pompe (70) du dispositif, les moyens d'ouverture (15, 16) étant conçus pour distribuer un liquide reçu de la pompe (70) à l'intérieur de la capsule (1), la capsule (1) comprenant en outre un corps rigide (2) et une partie en retrait (4) faisant partie intégrante du corps (2), ladite partie en retrait (4) étant formée du côté d'entrée (3a) de la capsule (1) et comportant une pluralité de perforations (6a, 6b).
