The invention relates to a sealed device for transmitting a rotational movement inside a chamber (7) from a drive shaft (1) to a driven shaft (2), said drive shaft (1) including at least one input section (3) extending through a wall (14) of the chamber (7) and supported by two bearings, one (12) of which is located inside the sealed casing (8) very close to the output section (4), and intended to co-operate with a rotational drive means, and an output section (4) engaged with the driven shaft (2) and inclined by an angle .alpha. in relation to the input section (2). The inventive device includes a sealed casing surrounding the portion of drive shaft (2) located in the chamber (7). The sealed casing (8) includes at least: a bellows portion (9) conferring flexibility on the casing (8) at the intersection between the axis of the input section (3) and the axis of the output section (4) of the drive shaft (1); and a rigid sleeve (10) extending alongside the bellows portion (9) in the direction of the end of the output section (4) of the drive shaft (1). The invention also relates to a method for producing a sealed transmission device.
L'invention concerne un dispositif étanche de transmission d'un mouvement de rotation, à l'intérieur d'une chambre (7), d'un arbre moteur (1 ) vers un arbre entraîné (2), ledit arbre moteur (1 ) comprenant au moins un tronçon d'entrée (3) traversant une paroi (14) de ladite chambre (7) et supporté par deux paliers dont l'un (12) se trouve à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe étanche (8) au plus prêt du tronçon de sortie (4), et destiné à coopérer avec un moyen d'entraînement en rotation et un tronçon de sortie (4) en prise avec ledit arbre entraîné (2) et incliné d'un angle .alpha. par rapport audit tronçon d'entrée (2); le dispositif comprenant une enveloppe étanche recouvrant la portion de l'arbre moteur (2) disposée dans ladite chambre (7) L'enveloppe étanche (8) comporte au moins : - une portion en soufflet (9) assurant la flexibilité de ladite enveloppe (8) à l'intersection entre l'axe du tronçon d'entrée (3) et l'axe du tronçon de sortie (4) de l'arbre moteur (1 ), et - un manchon rigide (10) prolongeant la portion en soufflet (9) en direction de l'extrémité du tronçon de sortie (4) de l'arbre moteur (1 ). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif étanche de transmission.
