ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a sealed terminal useful for a metal vessel containing water and has improved anti-corrosive, water sealing mechanical and insulating characteristics. A terminal conductor of an auxiliary anode is bonded into a terminal opening of the metal vessel with an insulator which has as its main components mica and glassy material, which is softenable at a temperature lower than about 900°C and is plastically deformable under compressions.
