ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE For use in a sealed track joint for seating between a pair of opposed spaced surfaces, an annular seal having a body portion of serpentine cross-section. The body portion has a pair of rad- ially spaced surfaces interconnected by an intermediate portion angularly disposed to the radially spaced surfaces. The body portion is wholly formed from elastomeric material and shaped and structured so that the radial spacing of the radially spaced surfaces is greater than the distance between the opposed spaced surfaces. When the seal is positioned between the opposed surfac- es the body portion including the intermediate portion is deform- ed and urged into a state of compression.
