A sealing assembly for an ink chamber associated with an anilox roll, includes a doctor blade having a doctoring edge, with each end having a notch at the doctoring edge, and first and second seals adapted to seal ends of the ink chamber. Each seal includes a peripheral supporting wall, an upper wall thereon including an upper concave surface for engaging an outer surface of the anilox roll, a flat upper supporting surface at opposite ends of the upper wall on which ends of the doctor blade seat, and an extension above the flat upper supporting surface for engaging within the notch at the end of the doctor blade to permit the doctor blade to bend thereat. A lubricant chamber is defined therein and the upper wall includes an opening through which the lubricant is forced out of the lubricant chamber due to external pressure.
L'invention concerne un ensemble d'étanchéité pour chambre à encre associé à un galet anilox, contenant une racle présentant un bord de raclage, avec chaque extrémité possédant une encoche au niveau du bord de raclage, et un premier et un second joints conçus pour étanchéifier les extrémités de la chambre à encre. Chaque joint contient une paroi support périphérique, une paroi supérieure sur celle-ci comprenant une surface concave supérieure destinée à s'engager dans une surface externe du galet anilox, une surface support supérieure plate en des extrémités opposées de la paroi supérieure sur laquelle reposent les extrémités de la racle, et une extension au-dessus de la surface support supérieure plate destinée à s'engager dans l'encoche à l'extrémité de la racle pour permettre à ladite racle de se recourber à cet endroit. Une chambre de lubrifiant y est définie et la paroi supérieure comporte une ouverture à travers laquelle le lubrifiant est éjecté de la chambre de lubrifiant du fait de la pression externe.
