ABSTRACT A method of weatherproofing building panels is described. The method is straightforward and utilizes readily available materials. The invention is particularly useful with imitation brick panels of the interlocking type which are presently employed to clad houses so as to give an appearance of an all brick dwelling. Field tests showed that wall panels sealed by the present invention remained weatherproof despite movement caused by timber shrinkage and foundation settlement.
