The invention concersn a capsule (1,100) comprising a metal cap (2), a plastic insert (4) positioned inside said metal cap and integral with it by fixing means. The invention is characterised in that said fixing means consist of a layer (3) adhering to said metal cap (2) extending over all or part of said metal cap opposite said insert, and said layer (3) comprises said plastic, material in divided state, and it is heat-sealed with said insert (4).
