ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE SEALING OF PIPES To seal a pipe, a delivery tube is inserted in the pipe, preferably through a side wall in the pipe and a spraying means is inserted through the delivery tube into the pipe, using a flexible rod. The delivery tube is more rigid than the rod so that the delivery tube prevents twisting of the rod in the pipe. The spraying means may then be moved along the pipe, by the rod during the spraying of the sealant and the spraying means may be adjustable, so that the sealant is sprayed e.g. in a preferred direction, typically upwards in the pipe. Alternatively the rod with attached directional spray means, may be inserted directly into the pipe.
