A sealing plate (2), for use with a rail clip anchoring device (1) having a head (1A) and a stem (100) which extends from the head (1A) into a concrete sleeper when the anchoring device (1) is in use, is adapted for extending over the underside of the head (1A) when the stem (100) of the device (1) is being set in a concrete sleeper, thereby to prevent ingress of concrete into the head (1A) of the device (1), and for being retained on the surface of the sleeper thereafter. A major face (20) of the plate (2), which is uppermost when the sleeper is in use, is provided with at least one clip seat portion (25) for receiving part of a rail clip (3). Method of manufacturing a concrete sleeper with at least one embedded rail clip anchoring device (1).
L'invention concerne une plaque (2) d'étanchéité destinée à un dispositif (1) d'ancrage d'attache de rail, comprenant une tête (1A) et une tige (100) s'avançant dans une traverse de béton à partir de la tête (1A) lorsque le dispositif (1) d'ancrage est en service. Lorsqu'elle est en service, cette plaque d'étanchéité est conçue pour venir recouvrir la partie inférieure de la tête (1A) lorsque la tige (100) du dispositif (1) est prise dans une traverse de béton, de manière à empêcher l'entrée de béton dans la tête (1A) du dispositif (1), et pour être retenue ensuite sur la surface de la traverse. La surface principale (20) de la plaque (2), qui est située tout en haut lorsque la traverse est en service, comporte au moins une partie (25) support d'attache destinée à recevoir une partie d'une attache (3) de rail. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour fabriquer une traverse dans laquelle est incorporé au moins un dispositif (1) d'ancrage d'attache de rail.
