The invention relates to a seat, in particular for use in a vehicle, provided with a seat part, a seat back and a head support, wherein means are arranged between the seat back and the head support for supporting the neck of a user. These neck supporting means can comprise at least one pillow body protruding forward at least partially from a principal plane defined by the seat back and the head sup- port, which pillow body can have a contour form correspon- ding with the neck contours of the user. The pillow body can be deformable and height-adjustable relative to the seat part.
