ABSTRACT "Seat for vehicle, comprising a partially movable back" The upper part (6, 7, 8, 9, 35, 36) of the back is movable between a substantially vertical position permitting a passenger to sit on the seat and a substantially horizontal position in which this part (6, 7, 8, 9, 35, 36) is tilted forward. The seat comprises a safety belt, the reel (10) of which is at least in part embedded m the movable part (6, 7, 8, 9, 35, 36) of the back. A return buckle (40) of the belt is secured to the frame (6, 7, 8, 9) of the movable part of the back and the two lower attachment points (12, 13) of the belt are secured to the frame of the sitting part (1, 2, 3, 4) on either side of the seat. Utilization in particular for leisure vehicles of the monocompartment or convertible type. See Figure 1.
