A seat with a seating sensor, where no foreign body sensation is felt at all even if a sensor for detecting seating is provided and the production of the seat is easy. A support member (2) is integrally provided at a bottom surface of a pad (1). A sheet-like seating sensor (4) and a plate (5) as a rigid plate- like body covering the seating sensor (4) are arranged between the bottom surface of the pad (1) and the support member (2). The seat with the seating sensor is formed by feeding and causing to foam a raw liquid of urethane in a metallic mold for forming the pad (1) with the support member (2), seating sensor (4), and plate (5) arranged in the stacked state shown in the figure.
