It is a well known fact that a toilet seat must be raised or lowered manually. When it is raised, it will stay in a raised position unless someone lowers it by hand. Similarly, when it is lowered, it will stay in a lowered position unless someone raises it by hand. In this invention, a strong spring at the base of the seat will always keep the seat in a raised position. It can be lowered manually for seating, but automatically will be raised as soon as the person sitting on it stands up. As a result, the toilet seat always will be clean, free of smears, without traces of urine after a male uses the toilet for urination. This will enhance the hygienic use of all toilet seats, specifically in public washrooms.
