A secondary cell in which a flexible wiring board which has a through hole and is mounted with a safety circuit, an anode for controlled input-output and a cathode for safety circuit which respectively have gas vent holes and are in face contact with the upper surface of the wiring board, a PTC element which is in face contact with the lower surface of the wiring board, and a slitted valve body are united using inner gasket in one body. A sealing section is constituted at the central part by caulking a sub-filter which is welded to the valve body and has a through hole and the inner gasket at the periphery of a filter having a through hole. The cell can be handled similarly to the conventional single cell. When the gas pressure in the cell becomes abnormally high, the bursting of the cell is prevented by quickly discharging the gas.

La présente invention concerne une cellule secondaire constituée notamment: d'une plaque de câblage flexible présentant un trou de passage et équipée d'un circuit de sécurité, d'une anode de régulation d'entrée et de sortie et d'une cathode pour le circuit de sécurité, ces anode et cathode ayant l'une et l'autre des orifices de mise à l'atmosphère et étant en contact superficiel avec la surface supérieure de la plaque de câblage, d'un élément à coefficient positif de température en contact superficiel avec la surface inférieure de la plaque de câblage, et d'un corps de vanne à fente, tous ces constituants étant réunis en un seul corps au moyen d'un joint intérieur. On constitue un élément hermétique au niveau de la partie centrale en matant sur le joint intérieur un sous-filtre, soudé au corps de vanne et présentant un orifice traversant, le matage se faisant avec le pourtour du filtre doté d'un orifice traversant. Ce type de cellule peut se manipuler comme toute cellule de type conventionnel. Lorsque la pression gazeuse de la cellule s'élève anormalement, la décharge gazeuse rapide empêche l'explosion de la cellule.
