The invention relates to a neuroactive substance which is characterised in that it has formula (O), wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are identical or different and are methyl or ethyl radicals. Preferably, the neuroactive substance comprises 6S-acetyl-4R,5R-dimethyl-1R(10S)-epoxy-2R-hydroxy-7R- acetoxydecahydro naphthalene which can be isolated from Rhytisma fulvum cnidaria. The inventive neuroactive substance can be used as a pharmacological reagent in research work and is also suitable for use in the fields of industry (insecticides) and health, such as for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
L'invention concerne une substance neuroactive caractérisée en ce qu'elle répond à la formule (O) dans laquelle R1, R2, R3 et R4 sont identiques ou différents et sont des radicaux méthyle ou éthyle. Préférentiellement, la substance neuroactive la 6S-acétyl-4R,5R-diméthyl-1R(lOS)-époxy-2R-hydroxy-7R-acétoxydécahydro naphtalène qui peut être isolée à partir du cnidaire Rhytisma fulvum. Cette substance neuroactive peut être utilisée comme réactif pharmacologique dans le cadre de travaux de recherche et présente des potentialités d'utilisation dans le domaine de l'industrie (insecticides) ou dans le domaine de la santé, notamment le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson.
