Abstract A sectional member having at least one frame corner resistant to bending, which is formed from a plane bottom of the section with two opposite limbs extending at an angle to the bottom of the section, each of which limbs is continued along its upper edge in a flange extending parallel to the bottom of the section, which flange may, if necessary, be provided along its outer edge with a flange margin bent at an angle to the flange, is cut so that when it is bent about the bottom of the section or about the flanges, a frame corner resistant to bending is achieved which makes the sectional member suitable for numerous fields of application and, inter alia, a plurality of sectional members united to one another and having a right-angled frame corner form a mobile flood barrage.
