A secure enclosure (10) for an automated banking machine includes a door (30). A bolt (38) is slidably mounted on the door and is movable responsive to the condition of a lock. The bolt includes front portions (56) and back portions (58). In the extended position the bolt engages a latch (60) and an angle member (52) attached to the door. In the extended position, the front portions of the bolt extend through apertures (62, 78) in the latch and angle members respectively. The back portion of the bolt engages second bolt engaging portion (80). An opposed side of the door from the latch includes projecting portions (54). The projecting portions extend in pockets (64) when the door is in the closed position.

Cette invention concerne une enceinte sécurisée (10) pourvue d'une porte (30) pour guichet automatique de banque. Un pêne (38), monté coulissant sur la porte se déplace en fonction de l'état d'une serrure. Ledit pêne comporte des parties avant (56) et des parties arrière (58). En position déployée, le pêne vient au contact d'un verrou (60) et d'un élément angulaire (52) fixé à la porte. Dans cette position, les parties avant du pêne traversent des orifices (62, 78) ménagés respectivement dans le verrou et dans l'élément angulaire. La partie arrière du pêne entre en contact avec les secondes parties (80) au contact du verrou (80). Un côté opposé de la porte comporte des parties en saillie (54) qui rentrent à l'intérieur d'évidements (64) lorsque la porte est en position fermée.
