The invention is an infant blanket meant for swaddling or wrapping infants, including a "V" shaped neckline and an open foot area, consisting of an inner blanket to position the arms either at the infant's sides or on the infant's midsection, along with an attached outer wrap meant to secure the applied inner blanket. The infant is placed supine on the inner blanket with the highest section of the blanket flush to the infant's shoulders. Each lateral side of the inner blanket is pulled snuggly over the infant's proximal arm, midsection and distal arm, and then tucked under the infant's side. The outer section is then wrapped around the inner section one to two times and then tucked in where it ends, securing the entire blanket in place. 1
