The techniques describe methods and apparatus, including computer programs products for using multiple channels to enable a user to access a resource. A first authentication parameter from a first device is received over a first channel and a token value and a second authentication parameter are received over a second channel. The token value is used to associate the first authentication parameter and the second authentication parameter. Enabling or disabling the access of the user is based on the association of the first authentication parameter and the second authentication parameter.
