The invention relates to a dual wall cylindrical container comprising a gas distribution source in the lower portion thereof. The cylindrical container is positioned at the lower portion of a frame and comprises at its upper portion two suction sources for potentially pollutant gases. The first source has the highest gas charge and extends from the space defined by the dual wall of the cylinder and is connected to an active-carbon dynamic extraction system. The second source, which is located at an upper level and is charged with residual gases, extends from the gap between the upper edge of the open cylinder and the frame, and is connected to a global network for discharging and processing the charged air. A third suction source extends from two horizontal work planes provided with sieves for suction from the top to the bottom. This last residual gas suction source is also connected to the global network for discharging and processing the charged air. The gas distribution source is provided with a safety device that cuts off the supply of said gases when detecting an abnormality in the polluted gases suction circuits.
Dispositif composé d'un contenant cylindrique à double paroi disposant en partie basse d'une source de distribution de gaz. Ce contenant cylindrique est positionné en partie basse d'un bâti et dispose, en partie haute, de deux sources d'aspiration des gaz potentiellement polluants. La première, la plus chargée en gaz, provient de l'espace compris entre la double paroi du cylindre et est connectée à un système d'extraction dynamique au charbon actif. La seconde, située au niveau supérieur et chargée des gaz résiduels, provient du passage existant entre le bord supérieur du cylindre ouvert et le bâti et est connectée au réseau général d'évacuation et de traitement de l'air chargé. Une troisième source d'aspiration provient des deux plans de travail horizontaux équipés de tamis permettant une aspiration du haut vers le bas. Cette dernière aspiration des gaz résiduels est également connectée au réseau général d'évacuation et de traitement de l'air chargé. Un dispositif de sécurité équipe la source de distribution de gaz qui interrompt l'arrivée desdits gaz s'il détecte une anomalie des circuits d'aspiration des gaz pollués.
