Le dispositif de sécurité comprend un circuit électrique avec au moins un fusible (5) limiteur de courant ainsi qu'un interrupteur de courant (4) monté en série avec le fusible. Cet interrupteur possède un contact mobile (4B) qui peut être actionné par un mécanisme de manoeuvre (6) pour ouvrir ou fermer l'interrupteur. Ce mécanisme est agencé pour empêcher le débrochage ou l'embrochage du ou des fusibles pendant que l'interrupteur est fermé, et comprend un levier de manoeuvre (13) occupant une première ou une seconde position quand l'interrupteur est respectivement fermé ou ouvert. Chaque fusible (5) comporte un organe de préhension (15) qui est soit masqué soit découvert en fonction de la position du levier, ce dernier étant conçu pour recouvrir l'organe de préhension (15) de façon à le masquer.
