A security door-locking system is described for locking an opening incorporating a hinged door, with a hinged side and an opening-outward side. Adjacent the opening- outward side of the door is a door-jamb portion incorporating a striker pin which is adapted to be latched by a latch on the door. The system includes a lock, and bar means for rigid extension between the striker pin and the lock. The bar means is substantially flat and has first and second ends. It further includes holding means adjacent the first end of the bar means for securely holding the first end of the bar means in place abutting the striker pin, and lock attachment means adjacent to the second end of the bar means for aiding attachment of the lock on the bar means. When the door is closed, the lock is selectively- attachable, outward of the opening, to the bar means adjacent to the second end of the bar means. The lock is also selectively- lockable, outward of the opening, to the bar means. The system is constructed and arranged in such manner that the door may be held securely shut when the lock is attached on the bar means, and the lock is in a locked condition.
L'invention porte sur un système (22) de fermeture de sécurité pour porte, ce système permettant de bloquer les portes fermées (24) de cabines (21) de véhicules tracteurs (20), par exemple, des systèmes du type de ceux utilisés pour tracter des camions à remorque ordinaires et autres véhicules pourvus de systèmes de verrouillage de porte similaires préexistants. Une barre rigide, plate (36) comporte un trou (53) près d'une extrémité (52) de façon à s'adapter sur la tige du percuteur (35) de l'encadrement (25) de porte. L'autre extrémité (51) de la barre (36) peut être fixée à la serrure (37) à l'extérieur de la cabine (21) du véhicule tracteur après fermeture de la porte (24). Un dispositif de retenue (42) placé entre la serrure (37) et la porte/l'encadrement (25) de porte constitue un mécanisme de fermeture de sécurité. Et un système de type mécanisme d'encliquetage (41) permet de fixer la serrure (37) à la barre (36) de manière que l'ensemble soit monté serré contre la porte (24).
