2059630 9100950 PCTABS00003 A security grill assembly for an opening including bars (3) adopted to extend across an opening: said bar assembly member comprising a hollow housing (2), a locking slide (8) slidably mounted in the housing (2), an opening (18) in the housing (2) to accept the locking end of the removable member (3) (stud), the stud (3) and the slide (8) having interengageable catch means (19) to secure the stud (3) in the housing when the slide (8) is in a first position and release the stud (3) for removal from the housing (2) when the slide (8) is in a second position, locking means (13) to retain the slide (8) in the first position, said opening (18) also giving access to securement means (11) whereby the housing (2) is able to be secured to a support (10), said securement means (11) being occluded when the stud (3) and bar assembly is in place in the housing (2).
