A security information and graphic image fusion system to be used with verification equipment to provide a tamper proof labeled article having security information thereon. The label comprises a printable sheet having at least one invisible IR or UV image, or both, printed thereon, at least one visible image printed thereon, and an over-coating layer thereon. The invisible IR or UV image, or both, provide security information. The visible image provides the graphic image. The label is permanently fused by an in-mold molding process to an article made of plastic, rubber or the combination thereof to render it tamper proof.

L'invention concerne un système de fusion de données de sécurité et d'images graphiques, utilisable avec un équipement de vérification en vue de produire un article à étiquette inviolable comportant des données de sécurité. L'étiquette comprend une feuille imprimable sur laquelle sont imprimées au moins une image infrarouge et/ou ultraviolette invisible et au moins une image visible, et présentant une couche de revêtement supérieure. L'image infrarouge et/ou ultraviolette invisible contient des données de sécurité. L'image visible constitue l'image graphique. Un procédé de moulage dans le moule est utilisé pour fondre de manière défintive l'étiquette dans un article en plastique et/ou en caoutchouc afin de produire un article inviolable.
