SECURITY RETAINING MEMBER Abstract of the Disclosure A security retaining member with a core having a central portion and a plurality of petal-like portions extending outwardly from the central portion and a material in which the core is embedded. Each of the petal-like portions comprises a hole through which the material in which the core is embedded is permitted to flow during the fabrication of the member for enhancing the adherence of the material to the core. The material typically comprises 60 durometer neoprene.
