Abstract of the Disclosure A pair of relatively movable members is joined at a flexible hinge. The members carry cooperating locking fastener portions and are movable together about the hinge to effect locking engagement of the fastener portions. A tension spring is attached to the members near the hinge and extends around the outside of the hinge. The spring is dimensioned to be placed in tension when the members are moved together to engage the fastener portions.
