A method of fabricating a tag includes the steps of applying a first patterned adhesive (122) to the surface (150a) of the substrate and applying a first electrically conductive foil (132) to the first patterned adhesive. A portion of the first electrically conductive foil (132) not adhered to the first patterned adhesive (135) is removed and a second patterned adhesive is applied to a portion of a surface area (132a) of the tag. A preformed second electrically c onductive foil (140) is applied to the second patterned adhesive (135) to adhere the second electrically conductive foil (140) to the surface of the substrate and portions of the first and second electrically conductive foils are electrically coupled to each other to form a tag circuit. A second patterned adhesive (135a)is disposed between the first (132) and second (140) electricallyconductive foils.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'étiquette qui consiste à appliquer une première couche adhésive (122) à motifs sur la surface (150a) d'un substrat, et à appliquer une première feuille électro-conductrice (132) sur la première couche adhésive à motifs. Une partie de la première feuille électro-conductrice (132) qui n'adhère pas à la première couche adhésive (135) à motifs est retirée, et une seconde couche adhésive à motifs est appliquée sur une partie d'une zone surfacielle (132a) de l'étiquettes. Une seconde feuille électro-conductrice (140) préformée est appliquée sur la seconde couche adhésive (135) à motifs afin de faire adhérer ladite seconde feuille électro-conductrice (140) à la surface du substrat, et des parties de la première et de la seconde feuille électro-conductrices sont couplées électriquement les unes aux autres afin de former un circuit d'étiquette. Une seconde couche adhésive (135a) à motifs est disposée entre la première (132) et la seconde (140) feuille électro-conductrices.
