A coring device includes a base portion (30) that receives an arrayed plurality of samples, the base portion including a plurality of vertically oriented slider rods (36). A coring portion (50) including an arrayed plurality of coring tubes (62) aligned with the arrayed plurality of samples is slidable along the vertically oriented slider rods between a retracted position and an actuated position where cores (20) are taken from the samples (12). An extraction portion (80) including arrayed plurality of extraction pins (90) aligned with the arrayed plurality of coring tubes (11) for insertion therein is also slidable along the vertically oriented slider rods (36) between a retracted position and an actuated position where the extraction pins (90) eject cores (20) from the coring tubes. A coring drive mechanism (100) is provided to mechanically move the coring portion (50) between the retracted position and the actuated position.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'énucléation de graines comportant: une base (30) recevant une série échantillons disposés en matrice, et munie de plusieurs colonnes de guidage (36) verticales; une plaque d'énucléation (50) portant des tubes d'énucléation (62) alignés sur la matrice d'échantillons et coulissant le long des colonnes de guidage (36) entre une position de retrait et une position de travail où les noyaux sont découpés dans les échantillons (12); et une plaque d'extraction (80) portant des broches d'extraction (90) alignées sur les tubes d'énucléation (11), et coulissant également le long des colonnes de guidage (36) entre une position de retrait et une position de travail où elles pénètrent dans les tubes d'énucléation pour en éjecter les noyaux. Le dispositif comporte en outre un mécanisme d'entraînement (100) déplaçant la plaque d'énucléation (50) entre la position de retrait et la position de travail.
