A process for analyzing for a variety of physical medical disorders, which includes: (a) clinically testing by a common analysis, patients free of such disorders to obtain characterization thereof as numerical data; (b) scaling a matrix of the data by computer; (c) configuring an artificial neural network prescribed by the number of variables and number of disorders; (d) fitting the neural network in a computer to the numerical data according to adjustable network parameters which include the number of neurons in a hidden layer, the number of hidden layers, the type of layer transfer function, and the connecting weights; (e) thereby training the neural network; (f) withdrawing from a new patient a sample or samples and subjecting same to like clinical testing to obtain new numeric data; (g) scaling the new data; (h) feeding the scaled new data to the trained neural network; and (i) automatically obtaining a diagnosis of the new patient with respect to such disorders.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour analyser une grande variété de troubles médicaux physiques consistant à: (a) tester cliniquement, par une analyse commune, des patients dépourvus de tels troubles pour obtenir leurs caractérisations sous forme de données numériques; (b) mettre à l'échelle une matrice des données par ordinateur; (c) configurer un réseau neuronal artificiel prescrit par le nombre de variables et le nombre de troubles; (d) ajuster dans un ordinateur le réseau neuronal aux données numériques en fonction des paramètres de réseau réglables englobant le nombre de neurones dans une couche cachée, le nombre de couches cachées, le type de fonction de transfert de couches, et les poids de connexion; (e) simuler ainsi le réseau neuronal; (f) prélever sur un nouveau patient un ou des échantillons et les soumettre aux mêmes tests cliniques pour obtenir de nouvelles données numériques; (g) mettre à l'échelle les nouvelles données; (h) injecter dans le réseau neuronal simulé ces nouvelles données mises à l'échelle; et (i) obtenir automatiquement un diagnostic du nouveau patient concernant ces troubles.
