SELECTIVE INTERFERENCE OPTICAL FILTRATION SYSTEM A b s t r a c t The system comprises two identical filtering de- vices, each of which includes reflecting and trans- mitting elements. The wave-length of the maximum of the transmission band of the first filtering device differs from the wavelength of the maximum of the transmission band of the second filtering device by an amount sufficient to decrease the transmission co- efficient of the first filtering device to a value equal to or greater than 0.85 of its maximum.
