Abstract Self-adhesive plaster with separate active ingre- dient segments on a carrier for transdermal application, characterised in that adhesive segments (2) which are spatially separate from the active ingredient segments (3) are arranged on the carrier (1), these adhesive seg- ments consisting of adhesive systems which can be pro- cessed as a dispersion, plastisol or organosol, both the adhesive segments (2) and the active ingredient segments (3) being approximately cap-shaped and adhering to the carrier (1) by their base.
