The invention relates to a self- and load-supporting component (1), with at least one, preferably two cover layers (7), upon which are preferably arranged several strip-like distance elements (18), distributed on an inner cover surface (15a) of the cover layer (7). Said elements are bonded to the cover layer (7) with a positive and/or non-positive fit, by means of a hardening connecting and/or fixing agent (70). The cover layers (7) and/or the distance elements (18) comprise randomly-oriented wood or wood material elements (73) bonded together by a binding agent, with cavities (75) and pores 74 between the above. In a connecting region (71), between the cover layer (7) and the distance elements (18), is a connecting and/or fixing zone (80) of hardened connecting and/or fixing agent (70) and wood or wood material elements (73) and/or pores (74) and/or cavities (75), which has a higher mechanical load capacity than the region of the cover layers (7) and/or distance elements (18), adjacent to the connecting and/or fixing zone (80).
L'invention concerne un élément de construction autoporteur et porteur de charge (1) comprenant au moins une, de préférence, deux couches de protection (7), sur lesquelles sont agencés de préférence plusieurs éléments d'écartement (18) répartis en bande sur une surface de protection intérieure (15a) des couches de protection (7). Ces éléments d'écartement sont reliés aux couches de protection (7) par liaison de forme et/ou de force par l'intermédiaire d'un liant et/ou d'un durcissant (70). Les couches de protection (7) et/ou les éléments d'écartement (18) sont constitués d'éléments en bois ou en matériaux dérivés du bois (73), reliés par un liant et spatialement emmêlés, des espaces creux (75) et des pores (74) étant formés entre ces éléments. Dans une zone de liaison (71) entre les couches de protection (7) et les éléments d'écartement (18), une zone de liaison et/ou de consolidation (80) est formée à partir d'un liant et/ou d'un durcissant (70) et d'éléments en bois ou en matériaux dérivés du bois (73) et/ou de pores (74) et/ou d'espaces creux (75). Cette zone de liaison et/ou de consolidation présente une plus forte capacité de charge mécanique que les zones des couches de protection (7) et/ou des éléments d'écartement (18), adjacentes à la zone de liaison et/ou de consolidation (80).
