Self-assembling peptide nanoparticles (SAPN) incorporating T-cell epitopes and/or B-cell epitopes are described. The nanoparticles of the invention consist of aggregates of a continuous peptidic chain comprising two oligomerization domains connected by a linker segment wherein one or both oligomerization domains incorporate T-cell epitopes and/or B-cell epitopes within their peptide sequence. These nanoparticles are useful as vaccines and adjuvants.

L'invention concerne des nanoparticules peptidiques à auto-assemblage (SAPN) incorporant des épitopes de lymphocytes T et/ou des épitopes de lymphocytes B. Les nanoparticules de l'invention sont constituées d'agrégats d'une chaîne peptidique continue comprenant deux domaines d'oligomérisation reliés par un segment lieur, un des domaines ou les deux domaines d'oligomérisation incorporant des épitopes de lymphocytes T et/ou des épitopes de lymphocytes B dans leur séquence peptidique. Ces nanoparticules sont utiles comme vaccins et adjuvants.
