The invention concerns a self-contained system for generating electricity comprising flywheel power storage. Said system comprises an assembly (1) comprising a heat engine (2), a mechanical speed regulator (34), a clutch (5), a flywheel (6) and a generator (42, 43). The assembly consisting of the clutch (5), the flywheel (6) and the generator (7) is positioned in a vacuum chamber (26) to reduce power losses. Said system is designed to be installed directly in buildings where power is used, for instance individual houses. It enables to eliminate electric power network connection.
Système autonome de génération d'électricité comportant un stockage d'énergie par volant d'inertie. Ce système comporte un ensemble (1) comprenant un moteur thermique (2), un variateur de vitesse mécanique (34), un embrayage (5), un volant (6) et un générateur (42, 43). L'ensemble composé de l'embrayage (5), du volant (6) et du générateur (7) est placé dans une enceinte sous vide (26) pour diminuer les pertes d'énergie. Ce système est destiné à être installé directement dans les bâtiments où l'énergie est utilisée, comme par exemple les maisons individuelles. Il permet de s'affranchir d'une liaison au réseau électrique.
