A self foaming composition comprising: (I) a surfactant mixture comprising (a) at least one anionic surfactant; (b) at least one amphoteric surfactant; and (c) optionally at least one nonionic surfactant; and (II) at least one self foaming agent. The composition is in the form of a liquid crystalline structure and wherein the ratio of (a) to (b) to (c) is selected such that when the surfactant composition is mixed with the self foaming agent a gel consistency is obtained. The cleansing composition is useful in the bath and the shower, as a facial cleanser, and as a shampoo.

L'invention concerne une composition auto-moussante. Cette composition comprend (I) un mélange tensioactif comprenant (a) au moins un tensioactif anionique ; (b) au moins un tensioactif amphotérique et (c) éventuellement au moins un tensioactif non ionique et (II) au moins un agent auto-moussant. La composition se présente sous forme d'une structure cristalline liquide selon laquelle le rapport de (a) sur (b) sur (c) est sélectionné de telle sorte que lorsque la composition tensioactive est mélangée avec l'agent auto-moussant on obtient la consistance d'un gel. La composition nettoyante est utile dans le bain et la douche, comme lotion nettoyante pour le visage et comme shampooing.
