The flowthrough joint according to the invention comprises an inflow joint part (16) with an inflow opening (39) and an outflow joint part (18) with an outflow opening (50) for diverting a medium (M) from an inflow direction (Z) into an outflow direction (A). In this connection, the outflow joint part (18) is arranged pivotably in relation to the inflow joint part (16) about a common pivoting axis (S). Their pivoting position in relation to one another is fixed by means of a locking device (42, 58) which adapts a locking force depending on the pressure of the medium (M) in the flowthrough joint.
